The House.Oversight committee has not referred any such charges to the DoJ. Instead, they released a report suggesting that things may have occurred that would be impeachable.

So while you believe shit happened, the DoJ isn't the one protecting anyone.

This is huge.

Marc Elias chews up and spits out Republican voting restrictions and legal shenanigans like nobody else alive.

The DNC noticed the cowardly Republican attempts to litigate election results in 2020, consequently they've ramped up their legal challenge staff tenfold this year (Republicans have done the same).

President Biden insisted on having his own personal lawyer Bob Bauer head up the DNC litigation team, but Bauer and Marc Elias do NOT get along. Marc Elias was Kamala Harris' campaign legal director when she ran for President back in 2020.

Feel those winds of change yet?

Elias takes great pride in recounting his victories over hapless Republican lawyers on Twitter. He brags a bit, but he has a solid record of achievement. Given his record, Trump's legal team is essentially fucked unless they can get a case to the Supreme Court.
