"Great! We'd be working very closely, I hope that is something you can tolerate." She was quite attractive, if it weren't for business dealings he might have struck up a conversation with her anyway.

"Oh, and here I was going to tell your mother that you had already closed the deal.". He watched her, admiring the subtlety of her movements, reserved and measured. He wondered why he wanted to ask her if that same approach ruled her personal activities as well.
"So tell me Xanthia, what did you do for fun in this town when you had the opportunity?"

"She'd have to be beautiful - it runs in the family. Hmm, a shrew? Any pointers on how to deal with her then?"
 
Be respectful and she expects men to bow to her and kiss her hand and flirt with only her so try not to make it obvious you are attracted to me.
 
"Ignoring you might be difficult Xanthia." He wondered how archaic her mother must be to warrant such a warning.
 
"I plan to make you proud.. Why don't you give her a call, see how long she'll be. If she's delayed you can take me on a tour."

"Alright, you are up, young lady, please don't take me into any dark corners, I may not be able to control myself."
 
He enjoyed walking behind her, catching only the briefest of scents as she walked past him to show him what might not be visible to every diner. He walked to the back, certain areas were a tighter fit as staff moved about getting things done. It placed the two of them in close proximity a number of times. The last was a hot pan moving from the kitchen to the dishwasher, the cook yelled "Hot. Behind."

"I think he may be right." He was looking at her ass when he said it, and overexaggerated leer on his face.
 
He means he's behind you with hot food not that my behind is hot but thank you next is the office the manager and the accountant share
 
"I see, pretty cramped, but I don't suppose you want too much of your square footage taken up by offices."
