A fresh Start

Actually I don't like looking younger then I am I wish this place had aged me some but at least you guessed in the 20's most people think I'm still a teenager I get carded for everything. ...and last but not least the break room...* leading him into a room that barely held the counter for a coffee pot a sink a mini fridge a tiny round table and 4 folding chairs*

"It will probably be some time before that stops. Give it 20 years and you'll be wishing people were thinking you were younger.". The break room was small, between the tables and the chairs, he and Xanthia had to get close to manuever.

"I hope not! Are you trying to get me to look at your ID?" He winked a little playfully at her. So she was flirting, maybe there was no ulterior motive to help her folks sell the place.

I'm glad to know you think so ... lets head back to the dining room before I kiss you and it leads to somthing that would violate all manner of health codes

"I doubt a simple kiss would violate health codes, depending, of course, on where on your body that kiss was placed..."

He liked the way she was thinking, moving and talking...

"If it did, then the health inspectors had better just join in or stay away. I don't like being interrupted."

"Ooh you naughty naughty boy how about after we get done hear you and i go some place more private?"

She was a looker and there was no real reason to say no.

"If all goes well, I take you out to celebrate, if it does not, then we may be stuck here..."

"Are you speaking of you and I Xanthia, or your mother and I? I don't believe you and I will have any negotiation issues..."

Now we are asking for 300,000 and we will make any neccasary repairs your inspector may find before the sale is final and we are willing to come down on the price if needed

"it's a reasonable price, though I'll want my accountant to take a look at your last few months to get a sense of cash flow."

She fetched the books quickly, giving him adequate time to adjust himself in her absense. He wondered if her mother was really coming or if the deal was closing between them as they dranl coffee. If Xanthia was negotiating, he was already buying.

"Maybe I should come back? Your mom's been awhile."

"Everything looks in order, though I can see why you might be letting go. Looks like you have quite a few mounting repair bills. The age of the equipment here, it might be better to replace some of it rather than wade through the costly repairs."

Yes that's definitely the main reason for selling but like I said we are willing to make any repairs you deem necessary before the sale is final
