No Bolshevik hated Russia. That is a true historical fact, not 2+2 = 5. A revolutionary can hate his country's governing regime without hating his country -- even if, as in Russia's case, that regime is more than 500 years old and one could make a case for it being an inextricable element of the nation's culture. And the same applies to anyone who opposes American federalism or American capitalism -- one can hate those things without hating America, or being in any way anti-American.
There are anti-monarchist republicans in the UK. They are politically marginal, and they might well be cranks -- but whatever else they are, they are not anti-British.
