As with many things, I feel the approach is the most important part. If people like it, there is no assault.

The only party unable to consent is the sexomniac, while any other party could consent, or even try to initiate a sexsomnia episode. Sexsomnia is described in a way that in some cases they do sexual actions they normally won't do.
