I have this Adultery story idea that i need som help with, its about a disabled man and his caregiver who is married. the disabled man is a young man age 26 and he is paralyzed from the waist down and he can not walk but his genitals work just fine. the caregiver is in the same age range as the patient and is quite beautiful but here is my problem i don't know where to begin with the story as you can see by my post i have the characters figured out but after that im stuck . if anyone here can offer up suggestions or ideas on how to get this story idea started up i would appreciate it very much.

My first thought was how long you wanted to make the story; lots of different ways to take this. I tend to go for longer stories, is why I'm suggesting the rout below.

My first inclination was to start it out slow, building the suspense like in a budding romance. They're attracted to one another as time goes by, joke around, have become close friends, ect. You could have lots of lead up to the actual sex since he can't dress himself or maybe needs help in doing so. Maybe he requires care during bath time, or at least needs help getting undressed and in the tub? She sees him naked and he can't hide the raging hard-on that she always brings on when in close proximity. Of course she plays the coy professional, pretending she doesn't see it, while fighting against her attraction to him.
Not sure if I would have her fixated on the size of his dick as the lead on; women are drawn to a lot more then just that in a man, and the concept seems a bit cliche to me. If you want to paint her as a whore, and she just wants to get railed by a monster dick for a change, then go for it.

At night maybe he masturbates while thinking of her, or she 'shamefully' thinks of him while having sex with her husband. Maybe her and her husband are having marital issues or they got married young right out of high school. Either way the marriage isn’t going well. I'm just saying, you need to give her a reason to cheat, unless you're going to write her as a fluzzy-whore type of character, and if that's the case, it won't matter one way or another why she does it.

I would make the sex wild and heated; she mounts him sitting in a chair or something, partially dressed, a spur of the moment thing the first time, yet lead into slowly. Maybe start it with some fondling in the tub as she’s washing him, or she catches him playing with himself like mentioned above. Of course they play the game that it was a mistake on both their parts, a one-time lapse of reason. “Yeah, we shouldn’t have done that… blah, blah.” She feels guilt afterwards, but neither of them can deny the sexual chemistry they have together.

In terms of the story, you could maybe begin with the caregiver and the disabled guy's meeting. The car accident or whatever that crippled the guy is still pretty recent and he's bitter and moody about his promising life taking this unfortunate turn. The caregiver ends up helping him through this emotional trial as much as his physical ones. The more time she spends with him, the more she comes to admire and adore the inner strength that this guy doesn't even realize he has.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that paraplegics use parallel bars regularly to keep their arms strong. So maybe one day, he's doing these exercises and at the same time, he and the caregiver are having a discussion which boils into a fiery argument in which the frustrated woman tries to make the guy see how great he truly is. Emotions are running high and the caregiver isn't paying as much attention to the guy as she should be. He slips off the parrallel bars and she attempts to catch him, but he lands on top of her.

They are both so fired up, that in that position, it doesn't take much for the anger to suddenly switch to passion.
