I'd like to see a story about a middle aged man & woman in different relationships, both sexually unfufilled who meet innocently, sense sexual tension between them and start an affair. Both happily married, looking to maintain their marriages yet left yearning for what they are denied by their significant other. Providing mutual pleasure and support in hopes of finding fufillment. What do you think?

I think it sounds like they are not really happily married. I agree this sounds like every affair and is not anything new. It would need a unique twist of some kind to make it interesting.
