Afternoon drowsiness.

That's interesting, but it's not the New Zealand I'm from. I'm actually living on another planet by the same name.

And the important bit in that survey is the bit about women having more partners than men. That's because the women here are so difficult to get. That doesn't make sense because logic would suggest that someone must be getting them, and yet in reality it doesn't seem to work out that way. All the evidence I've ever gathered with my own two eyes is this is the country of lonely, horny, desperate single men.
Maybe just one guy is banging them all. ;)

You jest, but I do think you're not far off. I think a few guys get most of the action, and everyone else struggles.

There was a porn expo here not long back, and one of the organisers had a promotion called Boobs on Bikes, where a few of the female stars in town for the expo rode up the main street of town on motor bikes topless. Not a huge big deal, but it brought the central business district to a halt because of the crowds. They had barely enough room to get the motor bikes up the damn street there were so many thousands of men to whom seeing a pair of breasts that they didn't have to pay for was a huge novelty and not something to be missed.

It really is quite sad.

Do you have a tape recorder? One that has more than an hour play time in it before it shuts down.

Tape yourself sleeping, you can tell by the way you breath if you have it or not, but usually only if you snore. People who do not snore usually don't have sleep apnea.

If this drowziness happens at work, can't you get up and walk around, it could just be stale air. Open a window, or stick your head out the door for a few minutes.
C

That's worth a try. I work as a commercial cleaner so I'm constantly on the go. That's a bit different then. I suffer a complete lack of energy and feel drained. The drowsiness is usually when I'm off work, in front of the computer.

Yeah I get horribly drowsy right about 3pm - when I'm working inthe field adn can't lay down and take a 15 minute nap, i.e., I'm inhthe field or something, I carry a thermos of very strong coffee, iced in the summer - I drink a couple cups right about 2pm, and by 3, I'm racing around like a maniac while everybody else is dragging ass.

A Starbucks Doubleshot is liquid productivity - two can actually make you nauseous and make it difficult to go to sleep before 3am.

If you're over or approaching 40, I reccomend regular Zinc and DHEA supplements, which can help in other areas as well as the DHEA keeps your hormone levels up and the Zinc is synergystic with neurotransmitter levels - I also do Ginko and Ginsing for synergystic effect.

I think we need to start some sort of dating exchange with NZ. All my single friends are always complaining that there's no guys around here. Well, actually there are guys, but they're either gay or married or both. :D

Was anything causing it, or was it just fatigue? Caffine would be good but I can't touch it.

Yeah I'm thirty seven. I think I'll go talk to the chemist and ask them to recommend a supplement.

Thanks.
