Battlefield Update...ready to continue?
The Alien's landing zone is buzzing with activity...The captives the Ataiens have taken are almost excusively women. The unconcious and the wounded women are thrown into large green containers and which are being unloaded from the belly of the large vessle that looks like a cross between a high tech blimp and a submarine. Besides the large ship there are 12 smaller ships of a similar destine. Once a container is filled with its human cargo it is put in one of those smaller ships. None have taken off yet to your knowledge. The Ataiens busily take their wounded and dead with them through other entrances on the ship and have assigned the robots to perimeter guard duty. The robots have formed a complete circle around the landing zone, but are leaving large gaps in their line so other retreating forces can enter the landing zone. An Ataien in a long cape and wilding a spear with a battle axe head is screaming at all with in ear shot. A runner approaches with a bloody sword and kneels and presents him with the bloody head of the captain of Infantry dorm III the alien holds up the head and scream with aproval and delight before placing the head on his spear and then takes the student's weapon an M-16 with grenade launcher and holds it in his free hand
Around Campus
Groups are rallying around campus and moving slowly towards the Alien LZ. An array of flags are displayed around campus to show that buildings are retaken. Several Japanese battle flags are displayed and there are a number of European flags displayed. Bryan Riggs wh lives near Dan displays the Confederate Stars and Bars from his window before joining the crowd now forming on the first floor.
Sally Ray is in stable condition and with a alien knife clutched in her hand she becons you to go..."mmm let the medics know where I am I'll be good."
Mike Rich comes with two other cadets and joins you in the main area now that the north and south entrances are secure.
"Romulus" and his buddy repel down to the front entrance and both take up alien weapons. "So we going or what people?"
The "Tattoo Girl" dumps her blue apron and dawns a black flack jacket and a Bandolero of shotgun shells and cocks a metallic silver long barrel shotgun shadows Taggart through the streets along with other students and soon link up with Dan and Devin's group.
Area around the campus
The fighting is going room by room now as the first Regiment has the main building on campus secure. For the rest of the students though it is up to them to deal with pockets of resistance around campus. In some areas the Aliens are cut off and are making their last stands unaware of the overall situation. Some wonder off into the neighborhood around the campus and encounter police officers or armed civilians.
In one house a police officer stopping home for dinner kills two Aliens trying to get into the front of the house while his teenage son and daughter take baseball bats to one climbing through a window. Upstairs the mother takes the family protection sword off the wall and climbs out on the roof and jumps down on one of the aliens and takes it's head off.
One motorist just runs the alien down on the road.
