It's been over a week and it's still not published. No word from Laurel, either.Keep us posted on how this progresses.
Still in limbo? It's been over a week and it's still not published. No word from Laurel, either.
I first submitted this back in early August, and now I'm wondering if it will even be published in time for the contest.
Yup. And it's torture. I'm still waiting for my old stories to go back up too.Still in limbo?
Beyond contacting Laurel, there's nothing I can do. This is more complicated.Yup. And it's torture. I'm still waiting for my old stories to go back up too.
You're welcome to if you want, but I sent her a message a couple of days ago.Beyond contacting Laurel, there's nothing I can do. This is more complicated.
It's in the tags; I've been tracking:I think mine got missed in the list:

You mean this one?My home page link is a dead end. Anybody else's?
Good catch! Just put in request with Laurel. Thank you, Trionyx! No. Lit’s home page AI list. I click on it and it’s a dud.
This isn't true, for starters. There are many stories here that provide background, depth of characterisation, plus plenty of sex.My conundrum now is that literotica is kind of set up for the wham-bam type writing, you know minimal scene setting, lots of sex, and this just doesn't fit that. I'm looking at publishing it for free on my smashwords library, or rather, user can select amount (it's always $0). Any thoughts?
I don't know what site you're talking about but it's not the literotica that I've been dealing with for over 20 yearsMy conundrum now is that literotica is kind of set up for the wham-bam type writing, you know minimal scene setting, lots of sex, and this just doesn't fit that.
But generally, the score will be higher. The people who read the whole thing are those who like the story, so are more inclined to vote better. It's negative, the longer the story, the fewer the views. LOL
