As far as I can tell, things still aren't quite right. The links to the forum from the main page and the story page are busted. I have to go through my user settings page to get to the CP here at the forum, then to the forum main. Ain't technology grand?

It seems to me they went heads on into one of those hardware malfunctions that randomly occurs.

I can only try to guess what is the backbone running the hardware here, but I remember when the server at the office fried a hard disk: the SO couldn't cope with the error and totally shut down. And the RAID didn't helped, either.

I wonder if they are using hot-swap disks here?

Although I'm starting to think QM as left us hanging out to dry for her appearance. The only thing I can remember to justify for her would be college exams.

Jedi is just waiting for Kalika to post, and Satin is waiting for them to post. Mantra and Ren are bost posters with not alot of time on their hands and prefer to put some effort into when they do post. Angelus doesn't really need to until one of them posts. I don't know about QM and Cats has dropped out of the thread.

I admit I lack experience in RP with character dialogue. I think it slows down my ability to build more elaborate scenarios.

And the hag is not giving much on were to hold for a more elaborate action for Nayil...

Don't worry, you're doing fine. RPs with other people are like this. Sometimes there isn't much to go on, sometimes there's heaps. But its more how the players mesh together as writers that move the story along, rather than anything else, really.

I'm that kind of writer that enjoys creating elaborate scenes, the kind you have to read more than once to fully understand. So much that I find more difficult to write in my one language.

My girlfriend as been very happy, seeing me write again. But as her English is a little rusty its hard for her to read my work, but I simply can't get to write in my own language. I tend to loose myself in my thoughts. How strange does this sounds?

Perhaps, if you enjoy it so much, you should write stories? Or DM your own thread where you have more control and have the entire world at your fingertips, rather than just your own character. Although, that does require a lot of thought and can sometimes be tiring.
