All good things...

Mae......

I am very new to this site, and am saddened by what has transpired here for you. Surely his indescretion was only that of thoughtlessness. I cannot imagine anyone wanting to cause you any problems over your postings here.
I am sorry for your loss of expressing yourself in this venu, but the loss is greater to everyone here in Lit. It is rare that a beautiful soul passes by occasionally, but you were one.
I will be watching for you to reappear if you see fit to do so.
I was only fortunate enough to see one thread of your images, and they will be with me forever.
Be well my angel.

Shame on you Xafboy...

Mae:

We have never met and this thread is the first time I have had a chance to read your words and see your pictures (at least of your eyes! *smile*). Your words are beautiful and so are your eyes.

Nor do I know Xafboy or his side of this, but I've got the gist of it from what you've said. His actions are selfish, cruel and thoughtless to say the least.

xafboy seems to find it acceptable to stand in judgement of you for posting your (again I say YOUR art which included pictures of YOUR naked body here), yet apparently it is acceptable for him to be visiting sites like Lit? As a woman it pisses me off that that double standard still is acceptable. (That old cliche about those who live in glass houses comes to mind!)

And one more thing, to xafboy--as the forum rules so accurately states, when each of us posts to this message board, including you and Mae: "By posting a message on this bulletin board, you understand this is your exercising of free speech under the First Amendment to the United States"...it kind of makes me sick that while Mae is working hard to do her part to defend America--to keep it free for YOU (and all Americans) so that you can enjoy this freedom, you think it's fine to threaten her and so by deny Mae this very freedom.

It's a sad day, and you should be ashamed of yourself xafboy. And the really sad thing is you probably can't even see it. Can you not see the hypocrisy in this xafboy?

I admire you Mae. It's women like you who have and will continue to change the world and make it a better place for everyone. Hopefully one day xafboy can see it too.

Losing a friend

Mae,
I feel like I am saying goodbye to my best friend.
Or watching your lover walk out the door after
the relationship has ended. The pain you are
describing is felt by many more than just yourself.
I sincerely hope to see you stop in now and again.
Like the others have said - THIS REALLY SUCKS!

Hmmm...

this is my very first posting on lit. Up to now, I just enjoyed your contributions to this community, yes, I indeed feel that this is a real community.

Well, mae, I can only join the comments that your writings ARE great, natural, and honest (ok, especially as an ordinary male I have to admit that I also appreciated your pictures....:), and that I'm glad you'll STAY on this forum

I'm sure you'll be happy at your new place of work and living. I know the country pretty well, if you're going to need some help just let me know.

Mae,

Don't think there is anything else I can add to this thread that hasn't been said already. Just know that I too will miss not only your art (which I must say is the best amatuer art I've ever seen) but also you and your wonderful outlook on everything in life.

My worst nitemare has came true has happened to you and I can't really describe the way I felt when i read your post about this. I really feel terrible for you.

take care, God bless and have a blast in Germany :)

A note to Mr._Blonde about his prejudice

Look, Mr. Blonde, I dont want to flame, but that wiseass crack about how that little shit xafboy or whatever he called himself probably grew up in Alabama or Mississipi, that was uncalled for. I mean, you say you are from Southern Cal, the guys that beat up Rodney King were not from Alabama or Miss were they? Neither was the LAPD cop that lied in the OJ trial about calling black people n-words. Keep your prejudices to yourself, please. We all are 100% behind Mae and she doesn't need bigotry to help her.

Mae

I'm very sorry to hear about this. I was cruising thru the board and saw your message about this being your last time for awhile. I guess I wasn't around to know what happened.

It is too bad to lose something you have enjoyed so very much, and we will have lost something very beautiful.

Take great care, Mae...and much luck and love and happiness to you. I didn't have the pleasure of getting to know you. I'm so new here. But you have my prayers and support.
