favorite place in Scotland?

Not the castles etc. There's a park, dunno exact location, except it's maybe 2-3 blocks from Dixon St.

I can remember sitting on the hill, in the sunshine, watching the rain move across the city............August 1962. It was almost like a painting, sun light on the buildings, glinting off the windows and then fading into this gray...........

So long ago, yet burned into my mind

I see your point about Concorde, at least the flight to JFK wouldn't be as long, but you'd still need to catch a connecting flight to either MIA, Ft. Lauderdale, or PBIA.
Ah well H.S.; whenever you're ready south Florida awaits to entertain.
