Every moment with him now made her think of the past and when things were so much easier between the two of them. She didn’t know what she was feeling but her feelings were all over the place and she hated every moment of it. She thanked him as she went and bought some clean underwear and bras, a couple outfits, some pjs and a few cheap pair of shoes, some shower things and then went back with her bags to meet with Jack. She thanked him again as she accepted the coffee and the sandwich. She couldn’t really eat as she threw the other half out feeling guilty for wasting her food.
She noticed what he looked at and honestly she had even forgotten that she wore it still. She looked at him when he spoke to her. “What am I supposed to say Jack that I was going to Marry a man I don’t love, or that I was only doing it to try and get over you.... it was evident you weren’t coming back and even still you blame me.” She said looking away as she tore the ring from her finger. “I lied to him so much telling him I wasn’t ready to make love to him... or I wanted to wait till our wedding night, I couldn’t stand when he touched me.” She whispered as tears rolled down her cheek.
“I have a stable life, good job, friend’s, house, but it’s not the life I close it’s the one you chose for me with your letter...” she admitted
