I remeidied that by research before the appointment and discovered most of them are not up to date even in their specialty. Further they have no concept of punctuality and do not offer any sort of an apology after being forty-five minutes late for a scheduled meeting.

I did have the hospital bill the Veterans Administration for the procedure, knowing the horrific failure of the medical staff at VA Hospitals across the nation, listening to your drivel, I can understand how they got to be so uncaring and unprofessional.
