Yeah, I would say try both.

Anal beads feel good when used right. If they are pulled out as you cum, it is very intense and feels very good. Helps if you have a helping hand.

Buttplug feel good too though. I have tried one recently and it feel different at first, but feels really good as you leave it in and masturbate with it in. I usually pull it out as I am cum, or in and out, which feels great too.
