Another Final Fantasy RPG

I think it's kinda funny. Everyone is waiting for Black Rose to start this thread, and Rose has stated several times he is waiting for someone else to start it.
Well, without stepping on anyone's toes, why not an idea or two?
Let's see... typical FF plot line? That would be some sort of evil villan getting a bunch of other villans together to try and take over the world.
Rose's character has been searching old scriptures for years, finding out that deep within a volcanoe of the final continent (Vernim) contains an ultimate creature of unparrallel power that is locked away, and waiting for escape.
He just needs three ancient artifacts from long ago that have the ability to open up and release this power. Three keys to destruction, if you will. They could be buried under hundreds of feet of rock and dirt, or in a town square, part of a statue long since forgotten as something from the Ancient race.
With these keys (symbolizm, could be anything from a ring to a necklace, or even an ancient weapon) he has the power to control this creature, and... with it, can easily take over the world.
Nothing can stop this power, except... lol, for the few warriors brave enough to take on this supervillan.
Ok, this should start out small, Rose's character, with a small band of loyal villans and thugs searching a continent for the first key. Rose used the war as an incentive to get into the continent and ransack the country. This way, he has total reign over where to find it.
This is very vague because I'd like more people to input it, put their own twist and how their character fits into all this. I think in the beginning, the war should be a major part, but soon the characters realize that the war is just a front for the master evil plan, and then they turn from fighting the other continent to fighting from bringing this evil out into the world.
There... the plot, more or less, is in here. Can people get started on things now?

Great plot poohlive
Drakonis walks through a large forest only to hear the screams of a girl up ahead. So he runs to investigate the scene. Just as Drakonis looked past a few bushes, he saw three large men surrounding a beautiful warrioress.
"Oh, you shouldn't have hit me little girlie. Now me and my boys are gonna have to hurt you."
"You won't touch me", said the girl. Just then Drakonis jumped out to come to the girl's rescue, but somehow the girl gained the upper-hand and defeated the three men. Then she set her sights on Drakonis. By then the three oafs were running yelling something about their master taking his revenge for them.
"I'm gonna kick your ass." "Hey wait a minute. I came here to rescue you." he replied.
"So I guess because I'm a woman, you thought I must need saving from the big scary men. Well I didn't."
Just then the girl hit Drakonis, and he felt the sting of it like no other. How could a girl be that strong, he thought.
Who are y? Before he could finish the sentence the girl had hit him again. Drakonis realized that he was blacking out, but before he did he saw the beautiful woman run off towards the east.
"I'll find her." (Darkness)
(Any of the female characters can play this role, but I'm leaving that up to whoever takes it first.)

OOC: I have some ideas kinda of like a spin off from Poohlive's ideas. How about these artifacts were made by the ancient Esper Race? (depending on what FF you look at the Espers are pretty much the same thing as Gaurdian Forces or summons) Everyone thinks they are extinct ever since the great war of the Magi but what if these three artifacts are in their ancient cities which still exist but are hidden to the human world? What do you think?
Nikki glared at the two men in the bar as they made lewd comments toward her. Men were so rude! She had taken a part time job in this small back water town only because she needed the gold. Fighting these days rarely yeilded any. She didn't want anyone to see her so she had chosen this small village deep in the forest because of it's isolation. She knew they were still loking for her. Those men from the laoratory, they had chased her from home to home and she didn't know why. All she knew is she didn't want to go back to that place. She shuddered just thinking about it. Finally she was off for the day she quickly changed back into her regular cloths and slipped her cloak on. Every day she liked to take a short walk in the forest and relax among nature. It seemed to calm her. Todays walk was different. Something in the air seemed, in a way evil. She was entering a clearing when she noticed a figure lying on the ground. Frowned she approached it cautiosly only to find out it was a man. There was signs of struggle everywhere in the clearing. Stepped a bit close she called softly "Sir? are you ok?" glancing around she edged a bit closer "Sir?"

Drakonis awakens
"Urgh, where'd she go?"
Drakonis woke up to his head pounding. He heard a woman's voice saying "Sir, are you ok?"
Drakonis sits up and says "Not really. I was hit pretty hard."
Finaly Drakonis's vision comes into complete focus and there before him stands a beautiful woman.
"Who are you? And where did she go?"
"Urgh, where'd she go?"
Drakonis woke up to his head pounding. He heard a woman's voice saying "Sir, are you ok?"

OOC: Rose did mention a few things as far as continents go. He did have so more information to give us but we've been waiting long enough. What continent is everyone on? Siren, like the idea of using Espers.
Capt. Norris stood on the starboard deck of his ship, Sunfire, as it flew above the skies of Dominaria. The Capt looked at the war waging on the earth below. The inhabitants of Dominaria have been feuding with the Galastrians from the East for as long as the airdog could remember. He never thought he would actually be this close to Dominaria, he thought the only place it existed was in the tall tales of other sky pirates and thieves he had met at taverns.
Norris turned his attention to his crew, a collection of fine lads who he has been through many a battle with. They had left port nearly five years ago, in search of the promise land, where gods dwell as men and gold is as abundant as water. Once their, he would claim the land for his master and harness the powers its dwellers so that his master may conquer the entire planet.
Then his crew met with a flying serpent who attacked the ship and sent it off course. They've been trying to find their way ever since. Norris looked back towards the sky and dreamed of the day when they would finally stop searching the skies and return home. Kyle, a member of Norris' crew, interuppted his brooding.
"Captin, the men have been monitoring the engines for hours, may we stop for a drink or some recreation." Norris had the reputation of a work horse, when he was on a mission, he didn't stop until it was done. He also didn't tolerate slackers and whiners. Norris put his arm around Kyle's shoulder, "So you want to stop, you're too tired to go on?" "Well yes sir." Norris walked with Kyle to the edge of the deck, "How about this, you go down and get the drinks and we'll keep working?" "That sounds fine but how are we gonna do thattt t OH NO!!!" Norris picked Kyle up and threw him off the ship, laughing the entire time.
The entire crew stopped what they were doing and looked over the edge of the ship as Kyle fell to the ground below. "Let that be a lesson to you all !! No one slacks on my crew, NO ONE!! So says Captain Rodger Norris!!! Now get back to work before I throw another one of you over!!"

OOC: ok good now we are getting somewhere, I think I'll place my character on the Kukalyain continent. She chose to go there because it was mostly uninhabited except for a few settlments and that way no one is likely to look for her there. What she doesn't know is that this place called to her subconcious because this was where the Espers once lived

What are you doing here?" then realizing how rude she was being she blushed "Sorry for asking so many quesitons it's just you don't see many people on this continent except for bandits and cut throats. One can never be to careful I suppose " she smiled slightly but still kept her distance.

Drakonis not wanting to admit he had been beat up by woman say "Then I heard something behind me. When I turned around, I saw nothing; but the woman hit me over the head with something.
Drakonis still ashamed tries to change the subject.

Nikki shrugged at his complement "I'm sorry what happened to you, my name is.." She thought quickly "Lily" she said. She hated lying but she could tell no one who she really was. She wasn't even sure herself. "I don't know of any girl but I'm sure we can find out"

Drakonis looked into her violet eyes and says "You mean you'l help me find her? Thank you. Do you think you can help me up?"
Lily (Nikki), hesitating for a minute, extended her had. Drakonis took it and rose up slowly.
"Thanks again. When I last saw her she was running towards the east. I think there might be a town in that direction. Do you still want to go with me?"

Nikki nodded, she didn't know why but she wanted to help this man. She helped him up "There is a small settlment to the east but I have never been there" she shrugged "it's an adventure at least, shall we get going?"

A makeshift tavern, an inn, a one room schoolhouse, a arms shop, and a small restuarant (more like a shack where you can get food)

After exerting himself by tossing his own man off the side of his flying ship, Sunfire, Captin Norris felt a little thristy. "Alright men, we'll be landing at the nearest watering hole. Speed past the battlefield and touch down in the village at the otherside of the mountains."

OCC: Hey all, wouldn't it be better to have started this story in a new thread? Anmd have this thread as a 'Home base" thought of thing where \we can talk and debate the stry line or plot, or post ideas - with out interrupting the RPG.

ooc: your right Black Rose doesn't seem to be checking this anymore maybe we should take matters into our own hands or just stay here? doesn't matter to me.
OOC: Yeah I'm pretty flexible with the idea myself. Who would start the new thread and then who would moderate it? I'm going to PM Rose to see what his deal is and ask him out right if he's still even checking it. I'll also ask if he's no longer interested, who he wants to head the thread.
