One method that is recommended is to post a picture of yourself on the fridge, that way you see it whenever you want something to eat. ***Diamante News Flash:I have gotten a personal trainer for the next three months.
I met with a nutritionist as well.

I have decided that, although yes, I've lost almost 40 pounds since I put it all on over a year ago (it's a long, sad story, but one I am willing to tell if you really are interested...send a PM), but that's not enough for me. I want to be healthy and happy and TOTALLY confident in how I look.

For me, this means I would like to be in as good of shape, or better than I was during cross country season all through high school. I decided, that although I know I could do it myself, I would rather have someone there to coach me along and make sure that I don't lose too much weight too fast and to coax me through it when I really don't want to.

Apparently I should be steadily dropping weight the first month, while toning up due to lifting and intense cardio regimes. So...you guys are going to be able to, "see" it all happen.

I don't think that any of you would have anything malicious to say, because, as I have been pleasantly surprised, NO ONE has even said anything that could be seen as even slightly hurtful. But, just a heads up that I could use all the support I can get.

I thought I would share this with you, since you know...I've shared pretty much everything else I have to share!

But...as some of you have voiced, you have nothing to worry about with my curves. I am a very hourglass kind of girl and next to nothing is going to change that. Even when I was at my super skinniest my boobs were the same size that they are now and my waist was breathtakingly small

And yes...I do have a before pic on the mirror in my bathroom as well as all sort of motivational inscriptions written in dry erase marker! Authorities at the Midvale Home for Troubled Minds report that the outburst is the result of some psychological issue, and completely without factual base.
