Another republican admits to dick touching...

Oh, I've felt fucked over by a few Senators, but that's about it.

Ah. The old "wide stance" defense.

The "wide stance" defense is only allowed for urinal behavior, not toilet stalls. Even Baryshnikov doesnt have that wide a stance.

They arrest "John's" soliciting prostitutes all the time. Before they 'do' anything. Same thing here I guess?

No nothing at all.

People always plead guilty when they did nothing wrong -- especially, U.S. Senators.

Just like attorney generals that resign. They always resign amid scandal and rampant claims of incompetence to actually spend more time with their families.

That foot tapping thing is great. The next time I'm in a bathroom and I see the guys foot next to mine moving up and down I will probably have poo anxiety and not be able to go.

After reading the police report his behavior seems bizarre to me:

I am unfamiliar with the foot tapping signal the cop refers to, but maybe some of our gay members might be able to elaborate.

C'mon V-man. We know you're not that "unfamiliar" with foot tapping in stalls.

In fact, BusyBody referred to you as the Gregory Hines of LIT.

That's what I mean.

I'm not defending the guy, I'm just trying to figure out what he did that was an actual crime. It's all irrelevent since he pled guilty, but how could they have possibly busted him for tapping his foot against another man's and waving his hand under the stall door? I would think it'd be a lot tougher to convict someone of soliciting a prostitute than just saying "Yeah, he gave the secret code signal so I knew he wanted it."

Again, I'm not saying he's innocent. I don't care two shits about the guy.

But, again, he wasn't caught sucking a guy's dick or whatever, he tapped a guy's foot. And you're in an uproar?

Lying piece of shit. go suck another dick dunce.

LOL. Apparently I struck a nerve.

Sorry.

I won't dare mention a favorite movie?

TAPS

A favorite song?

TAPS.

I'm not in an uproar. I think the entire situation is hilarious.

And if you "don't care two shits about the guy," why bother with the tepid manner of defending him?

I'm not defending him. I'm asking why it's such a big deal. He pled guilty, so there's no point in trying to defend him... I just wonder if they could have gotten a conviction otherwise... I'm still not sure what crime was committed.

I'm guessing it's because he's a U.S. Senator. And because it was a sex-related crime. And sex always sells. But I could be wrong.

Perhaps he is trying to springboard a singing career?

Perhaps.

But then he heard the springboard sound: BOINGGGGGGGG.

And his thoughts turned to something else.

What crime?

You´re prudes, the lot of you! Can´t a straight man request a blowjob from another straight man in the adjoining bathroom stall without the steel hammer of indignation slamming against his yearning fingers!?
