Joint work/personal trip to DC in early February…have another conference for work in April in Nashville, a personal trip to Denver over Memorial Day, another to Wilmington in June, and a cruise next January. If you’d asked me 3 months ago, none of those would’ve been planned. Now, it’s all excitement and anticipation.

I don't do tasting menus... My dinner parties consist of carne asada, tacos al pastor, salsas, chiles rostizados, rice, beans, and Mexican Coke.
