I think alot of people have problems with this because other than that one "thing" most of have fairly decent relationships it sounds like. Its just that sex is as big or even bigger than religion and politics in a relationship. Ive heard, and thought alot, l if I could just get them to have a bit more......ya know. Sigh
 
You know oddly enough I saw alot more posts in the Sexless marriage thread rather than this one. Kinda find it odd that this is the exception...all or nothing ya know?

I escaped back into the wild and I can highly recommend it. It's a great feeling starting your day knowing you aren't saddled with the same old poop as yesterday. The free world suddenly holds many options which you can embrace or walk away from.

There's nothing better than a wonderful relationship which holds positivity and happiness but there's nothing worse than a bad one that brings at best nothing, it's just dead, or at worst negativity and misery.

CJ, I am glad you had the balls to get out. For many of us here, it's just too late, too complicated, too scared, too timid, etc. Everyone here stuck in this touch-less rut would jump at the first sign of attention from the opposite sex. I had a cyber pen pal here for a while. In the beginning it was amazing, we were on fire....I felt so alive, it was wonderful. As time went on, the lack of physical touch crept in and dismantled the other desires.....cyber, it turns out was not enough for me. I need touch, or at least the possibility that some day that might happen. So here I sit, as life fly's by....at least I have good company here on Lit:giggle:

Please keep us posted on the new life you will be living so we can live vicariously through you.

So far so good. Had a little bump in the road stupidly thinking I’d found something amazing but all is well now!
 
I luck out in the deal. I get to go out of town and stay in hotels so it’s a masturbation a thon when I go. Not sure if that helps but the only right answer is the one that works for you
