There shouldn't be too much clearing up as she's ordered a Chinese.
Hi all!
Freezing washed blackberries... this requires a baking tray and timing!
Lovely day huh?
No I steal them from a farmer's hedgeI love blackberries. Do you grow them??
Absolutely! An Englishman’s bin is his castle! And laws of sanctuary still apply from ancient timesbut touching someone's bin without permission ...........
No I steal them from a farmer's hedge
The hedges are pretty overgrown, about 5m deep and haven't been cut in years. So... since no one else is interested, I do a bit of foraging! Brambles festoon every neglected corner of the UK.Lucky you! They are so expensive to buy. Does the farmer know??
does the freezing work? I've wondered about that and never tried as I expect that on defrosting I would be left with black puddles.Hi all!

It works fine - in fact I've just put them into a tub as individual berries. When you make a pie there's always plenty juice but they keep their shape as much as fresh ones.does the freezing work? I hope he doesn’t outstay his invitation.

You would have to fiddle with my hose and stick it on the other side of the motor.I heard you were a bit of a blowhard too
