I don’t know where my mum got the idea from but I seem to remember her putting Jamaica ginger cake in the oven (long before microwave ovens) all covered in angel delight, butterscotch I think. I loved it but I’m not sure about it now and she’s long gone. So I’ll go with warm with custard as well.

Hello I am doing fine thank you, not here as often as I used to be and my birthday plans a distant memory now. I did not make it onto the dancing boat for several reasons but I hope I can go dancing soon nevertheless.
