Roast pork for lunch today.

Hello. One of my favourite roasts. And I see you will make crackling and apple sauce. A feast fit for a king.

I am going to make schnitzel with crispy potatoes and spinach.

I'm not a fan of spinach, but swap it out with broccoli and it would be perfect.

I add cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper to spinach. It is very tasty and full of iron.

Our last bin day was last Saturday! I have booked in at the tip today to dump everything else so that tomorrow we have zero rubbish to deal with
