Council have started work removing tree stump in pavement. Two lorries and three men have put barriers around the stump, removed the asphalt round the stump and driven off. Another lorry with one man drove up looked out of the side window and drove away. I await further progress. I love watching other people work.

Update on tree stump: A lorry arrived with barriers on the back. Man got out and stood the wind blown barriers up, he added some sand bags to feet of the barriers this time. Drove off to stand up barriers elsewhere, no doubt. Lol
