The UK doesn’t have jurisdiction in the US. And the US are not interested in applying our laws there as they’ve demonstrated on numerous occasions. So I think it’ll be a damp squib.

You would think that the US woudln't care, but thsi stuff is coming to the US as well as the EU, if it's not there already. It's not like the US government isn't run by religious nutjobs!

We regularly extradite to the US. The US doesn’t. The extradition deal we signed is one sided. The bar for us is almost impossibly high.

I don't think it will come to extradition, but rather whether the US would allow the UK to impose a fine on Lit.

I knew you weren’t in jail. I’m so sorry to hear that. My husbands been in a leg cast for 10 weeks and that’s been bad enough and he’s been at home.

Not from UK but happened to catch this. I spent about a month in the hospital last year and another 3 months immobilized while recovering. It truly is depressing. I wish you the best in all ways
