I've always been a prepare first and bung it all in one pot sort of cook; but having two compartments that can be set separately, yet timed to finish together, has opened new possibilities. Unfortunately, I think mushy peas would be a step too far.

Milk lady just delivered. Yes, I do, to the door, local farm. Zero miles milk. But not by horse and cart.
