Bin day today too. Had breakfast and first cup of coffee. Have water bottle on my frame to keep my hydrated. They banged it into us at hospital to drink plenty of water, at least 2 litres a day

You can spread it through the day if you want: It's only 3 fluid ounces an hour.

Haven’t they stated recently that the 2 litres thing is not scientific and a random number quoted from a really old study and it included moisture from food

My mom had a stroke probably from being dehydrated. She has 3.5 cups of liquid a day if left to her own devices. Is not enough.
