Anyone from the UK?

Do you realise that this thread is detrimental to the overall mental health of this forum?
Since becoming a guest here, I hardly feel the urge to feed the trolls in the political forum with red herrings. The lack of opposition probably makes these lunatics feel even more empowered. I almost feel guilty. Almost.

Well I suppose you are leaving them all alone in their own echo chamber that is just getting louder and louder until it implodes. So your job is done.

It is sometimes really difficult to comprehend the sheer nastiness of some of the people on the politics board. And the stupidity.

And the lack of any academic approach, evidence based approach, basic logic, etc etc…

That's the extreme end of religion for you.
The great achievement of scholasticism is to recognise that it is impossible to prove the existence of something that is omnipresent. In this respect, scholastics, i.e. people who believe so firmly in their God that they even want to prove his existence through logic and then acknowledge the impossibility of doing so, are to be held in high regard.

That’s why it’s called a belief and not a fact.

Hmmm.

Hmmm.

I’d rather we tried to find ways to reduce the imbalances in the world and ended hunger, military occupation, and genocide.

After?
You should add if you don't want to work at all.
😆
I can relate to that.
Not enough sleep...
I think the last time I actually slept well was 2016 😆

I’d love to get a proper seven hour stint again, but the brain is always switched on it seems!

Sex helps when it happens, I recall…!
