I know, you Brits are probably having shepherds pie, haggis or black pudding for dinner, but I admit I find lasagne with Sauce Bolognese, Sauce Bechamel (seasoned with bay leaves, cloves and onions, plus Parmesan and mountain Gouda, of course) also quite attraktive...
No. I'm not kidding you. I love all of these dishes and Cornish pasty (but I use rosemary with the carrots and beef) even more.
I hope you are hungry now. I am. Twenty more minutes and the kitchen smells to die for already.
