At bedtime, make a mug of golden milk
Whole milk is best, but you can use any milk
1 tsp ground turmeric, same in ground ginger and cinnamon
1 tbsp honey...i prefer it not so sweet so I go 1 tsp on that. make it your own
if you are using a none or low-fat milk you need to add some fat, Turmeric is fat-soluble and the body won't absorb it , so you need a low flavoured oil like coconut. Butter will work in pinch
Speaking of pinch you also need a pinch of black pepper so the turmeric can be absorbed
again put everything in a pan, measure out the milk according to the mug, put a bit of nutmeg on the top that will help too. If you want to you can also add a couple of chunks of a nice chocloate and make a soothing hot chocolate that will help boost the drink. Tha will help you sleep. Don't bother with Turmeric suppliments they're 99% crap and fillers it's the ground stuff you want.
