thanks so much fenderman i don't have much to babble about tonight.. oh umm, found some abandoned kittens on sunday, fell in love with them then had to take them to the animal control center monday morning. a horribly awful depressing place. they will have a chance at a life that i lack the ability to, but i cried all day that day. today i realize that it's just life and i had no other choice but to bring them there, i did call around before deciding, even they were reluctant to take them. i didnt realize there were that many abandoned and free kitties out there.

hmm something happy.. i found a new favorite place to hang out. there is a coffee shop here in town that has a great little play area. its run by a couple and only they work there because they can't afford to hire help. the comfy atmosphere there is so refreshing. 1 part of the shop would be comftorble for a business meeting of sorts, another is great for just lounging either with friends or by yourself with a book and then theres the great play area for kids. i could hang out there all day. inira loves it too, we were there for quite awhile today and then went back again because she wanted to go play. it also helps that the owners are both unbelievably hot. the guy looks kinda latin, has a goatee and green eyes. the girl is adorable, long blonde hair, freckles, blue eyes. she is actually quite curvy. hmm such hot people. i know they are struggling keeping themselves, their kids and their shop all up and running. i wish i had more money to buy more coffee from them. it really is a great place.

i didn't expect to turn this into a journal entry. lol.

i adore the mandolin, i play mine every day again. i am playing mostly celtic music, and i'm working towards jazz and blues. i was forcefed bluegrass for 9 or 10 years and so i refuse to play that. i'd say the mandolin is very hard to learn at first. not musicially so much as physically. the strings pinch your fingers a lot.

we got a puppy!!! he's such a great little dog so far. we've had him a week and so far no accidents in the house and nothing chewed up. he's a lab mix of sorts. his name is mongoose hehehe (i wanna be a mongoose dog)

lol i don't blame anyone for not getting reference. it's from invader zim.

i'm off to go practice my mandolin. inira fell asleep early so i can do whatever i want with my time. i'm not quite in the mood to take pics. himm. we'll see how i feel after i practice my mandolin.
