are democrats mostly stupid or inept?

Both parties have plenty of people who need to feel like they're achieving something for their teams. They can't get down on the field and be official team players, so they stay in the stands and take orders from cheerleaders. Sometimes a team has a long run of incompetent coaches, and then it's stupid all the way down. When both teams have incompetent coaches, that's a hilarious and sad state of affairs.

hum ... well its from CNN so has faults. I know a set of twins once is pro right and the other left. the pro right one has a company 10x later than his twin

It's no coincidence that the Secretary of Education is a person previously in charge of wrestling, a fake sport requiring zero education.
