Arizona! The new thread

Bunny, you're full of advice and common sense ! That would have been a great
buy, aside from the Frat House. I'm thinking of buying as well, just have to sell
my Condo is all. Should be ' I hope' an easy task. :)

Good luck with both the selling and the buying. :)

Thanks 60Hz , it looks interesting .. Happy Fishing 60Hz , Hiya Bunny :)

My pleasure. I have to say though, I got kind of spoiled with the fishing in Colorado and I haven't done much since I moved back here.

For the rest of the Zonies. . .

What indigenous reptile is the only poisonous lizard in the United States?

Is it the Gila Monster? Could google it but am too lazy....

Hi Ms Dee!

Hugs! :cattail:

Happy Hump Day Ladies :)

And right back at ya. :)

Is it the Gila Monster? Could google it but am too lazy....

You win Deprived:
Gila monsters are more likely to use their venom on a predator than on prey. They clamp their jaws down with the power of a vise grip. Then the venom in their bottom jaw flows through their grooved teeth into the victim. Although the Gila's bite is extremely painful, no human death has been reported.

You bet I did a search - I am not that smart....

You were smart enough to look it up though :)

So what do I win for being right?

Congratulations Ms. Dee! You are the first to provide the correct answer.

Thank you Dave for the added color commentary. Gila monsters are relatively harmless to humans unless provoked.

You were smart enough to look it up though :)

So what do I win for being right?

You win 5 points. . . or a drink with me. ;);)

Ooh... That's true, I suppose. Well rats, now I feel rejected  :D

There's just no pleasing you, is there? I don't care for my companions to be drunk. I prefer pleasantly buzzed.

Okay, next question. . .

What is the official state flower of Arizona?

No idea. The bloom on the saguaro?

You missed the pleasant buzz earlier, now I'm just tired and cranky

Colorado does have that 60Hz, great fishing and rafting. Tho I haven't enjoyed
either in sometime .. :(

That, my dear, is correct. :D Were you really just guessing?

Just my luck I missed out again.

I was, actually, lucky guess. They're starting to bloom now and I was thinking just the other day how pretty it looks.

So that's what now, ten points and two drinks? :catroar:

That's ten points OR two drinks with me. Don't get ahead of yourself. If you make it to the bonus round the prizes get bigger.
