She is still in lockup.. moving forward again thanks to a new mix of antibiotics.. got out of icu on sunday..

Thank you for the prayers.. sometimes I think that is the only reason she is still with me..

Welcome to the funny farm.. There are a number of people here in Arizona that pop in off and on.. some have left, some have decided to just lurk (read and not post.. Hi Lurkers!!!)

I have been offline and just not really had time to get back in as I used to..

but I am back..

We even used to have get togethers here in the Phoenix area for the people on Lit who were in Arizona..

Thanks for the welcome sunbunny and shykitty! It's nice to know that the AZ women here are more than friendly lol. Personally i'm dreading summer, the weather was perfect today (tucson) and i just wish it would stay mid 80s from here on out

It was... we had a few of them before I got sick and was offline for awhile. Then a few of the Arizona denizens did a few more get togethers around the area and I think they did one up north or down south.. not sure.. but If you scan thru the pages here you might find out.

Yes, most of the ladies here in AZ that post are friendly.. there were a few that were just online players... and If I remember correctly.. we even had one jerk posing as a female long ago... and a few of the posters caught on.

But for the most part.. we were a happy and fun crowd.

means a longer drive to visit here on sundays but one step closer to coming home..

Well, a step closer to home is just what she needs...! Really glad to hear it...how old is she? I work in a hospital on a surgical floor, but only deal with adults...It breaks my heart to work on the peds floor; it takes a special kind of person to be able to do that, I think. I'm sure you are so anxious to have her home...so just take it one step, one day even, at a time, hon.
