Good Morning Zonies! Last day of the week, last short week for a while too!
Just got up can hear the rain. Looking at the weather I guess it didn't get as cold last night as I thought. Thats for tomorrow morning. I still like 60's idea...Body heat!

I guess the rain came through here pretty hard last night. It woke me several times.. and imagine my surprise when I turned east to head home after work to see snow on the bottom of the upper ridges of the mountains!

We got lucky here the local mountains got some snow. Ice was coming down for a while but it pretty much cleared up and just got down right cold last night. Here is to hoping It'll warm up a bit berfore I go grocery shopping. I've got a new kitten with a bottomless pit here!

Then you must not be looking at the Flagstaff temperatures. It's less than zero up there. Good thing I'm where it's currently a nice toasty 31 degrees.

I've always said Arizona was a bipolar state. Excessive heat in the summer, frigid temperatures in the winter.

I was looking at the thermometer on my back patio here in Lonesome Valley. I know better than to live in Flagstaff. Tonight the thermometer reads a mild 22 degrees. A slight improvement.

Bipolar indeed! It's as cold as either pole, North or South.

Yep. Was accepted, but didn't go due to price. Would have gotten a degree in computers from them seeing as how the aeronautics industry has to keep up with the latest technology.

I discovered about an hour after I got home that maybe not turning the heater on when I went to work may have been a tactical error. Its been hours and still cold in here..

I have my thermostat programmed for 65 degrees when I'm at work and at night. Makes the bride want to snuggle up to me under the covers at night.

Always good to snuggle. I wish I had someone to snuggle with at night..

I did figure out last night that filter needs changing so will do that today.. I hope that fixes the heater problems. I could call the landlord but by the time he gets the guy over to look at it the cold spell would have broken and the guy would treat me like a child again. I got scolded this summer for not leaving my thermostat at 75 degree 24/7. I asked him if he owns stock in the electric company!
