It really depends on the situation. I'd like to claim it's always to think, but I know factually that's not true. It depends on who, how they are being dramatic, and how I'm feeling myself. Sometimes I'm easily able to stay above the drama, and engage in thoughtful ways (or disengage if that's best). Other times, I react from my feelings, which is not always bad, but often is.
In fact, because I know that I can react from feelings rather than a more thoughtful approach, I have some things in place professionally to help with that. It's worked pretty well, and generally makes both the dramatic reactor and I take a step back and cooler heads (including mine) prevail.

My feelings for people don’t really change though we can and do renegotiate our relationships. I see my friends partner’s like I would a eunuch.
I see sex as fun, communication , connection and at times sacred.
Not sure if that’s a good explanation of how I see my sexuality, but these are my thoughts today.

First of all, congrats on the progress you're making.
Any steps forward is good. As long as you keep going forward, but it's also good to love yourself good when you're not moving also.

I am alone about 50% of the time if you count driving to and from work and relaxing at home.
