Both men and women have "the power", it is merely dependant on the person, and on the relationship.
Some people are open and confident in going up to someone and saying "You look hot wanna fuck?", and it works with both men and women. Probably 7 times outta 10 men will be the first to ask or imply sex, mainly because most do have a slightly higher sex drive than women. But then again women get just as horny so don't go quoting me because my views aren't fact.
Men and Women are balanced, hence why proving who has the power is so difficult.
Also you know what they say about the quiet ones, they're the ones youve got to look out for, so just cos a guy or girl doesn't ask straight out for sex, doesn't mean he/she won't be a freak in the sheets

In my eyes, your best bet is to act confident, cos after you starting acting like this, it becomes you. Be confident and not cocky and you could go far.
My only other advice is basic advice can guide you, but every one is different and so its your job to learn about people and work with that.
Everyone could say to you "oh kiss her like this" or "talkto her like that" but in the end its up to you to get to know these people and yea maybe some of our advice would work, but its all down to experience, so get out there and meet some new people.

I could ask the same question from a female perspective, In our relationship I am the one with a higher sex drive. and Although my SO likes when I come up to him and say something like "f**k me" Or "let me Suck you" sometimes he likes it better when we cuddle and make out. It depends on his mood. as for being attentive, even after 7 years together, we always hold hands when together , It is rare that I will walk by him without him/me stealing a kiss or a hug, I have gotten to know what he likes and when.....


lol I wish I knew how to ask a girl though,you would think that being a girl I would know, But I have no clue although I assume that once you get to know her You learn how(kind of like with my SO).....
