The thread will then list as an entry in a list under your User CP. Choose "no email notification" unless you want a ton of annoying email notices every time the thread gets a response. That way, you can go to your user page and see all your favorite threads without having to search for them on the actual page if you want.

Don't always do this though, cuz you will miss any of the cool new threads that come along!
