Well at the place I work at the treatment team will not even listen to us about the patients we care for. Seems like to us that they think their education is beyond our knowledge however I do have a college degree in Psychology and some of the things they do with these patients just blow me away. They totally disregard some of the practices I know of, but who am I to tell them that. I know that being a tech does mean a lot to most of the nurses but sometimes it just feels like i am a babysitter instead of someone who does things to help out the staff. Sorry I am bitching please forgive me. Wish you the best of day tomorrow. Take care.
