my thoughts on College hockey:

Michigan: #1 in the nation.

We dropped to #13 after losing to and tieing North dakota this past weekend.

i watched a really awesome college hockey game last night minn and st cloud...very good game

yeah, it hurts to have to admit it about the pack. i mean, i like the team. i like that the pack can't be bought by the likes of jeff lurie or jerry jones. and brett favre is just plain cool.

but even so, one man a winning team does not make. it seems they aren't drafting well lately.

next week the giants are in SF, then host the vikes and eagles, respectively. this is what i cheerfully refer to as the soft part of the schedule. :>

well, i can see SF being an upset: the giants aren't a very mature team. to me, the real test of how good a team the giants really are this year will be how they play in SF (do they stay dominant or let SF sneak up on 'em?) and philly, who traditionally plays the giants like a better team than they normally are. but the vikes? bah!

i live and die with my beloved NY Yankees during baseball season. during the offseason, i try to get by on football but it is not the same. i am counting the days to spring training!
