My daughter, Goddess, spent all last evening all hyped up about this house they saw and wanted to buy.. then spent all day today running numbers and deciding they really can not afford the house.. And even though they haven't given notice, their landlord has listed their apartment in the paper already so looks like they are moving into his Dad's upstairs unit when their lease is up next month. Nobody has lived in for 20 years... I asked her when the last time someone has been up there.. Dad says a few months ago but they are thinking it has really been years. May be a mess but it also needs to be rehabbed before Dad lists the house anyway..
