Yay on the peanut butter ones..what are junk cookies?

Junk cookies start with an oatmeal cookie base, but add one third granola instead of all oatmeal then toss in whatever is left in the cupboards, raisins, butterscotch chips, dried cranberries this year, pecans. Last year I diced up a handful of dried apricots into them. They are different every time.
I was going to put dried pineapple chunks in but I munched them down already... lol.

Shopping is done, still have to finish knitting a scarf.. have about another foot of black to go... going Raider colors on it for Goddess' man.

Yup... living here in Dallas makes me really miss family for the holidays. But the move here was the best thing I've done for myself in years.
