i can tell you that is not true. i have dated a guy or two without a job (granted, it never lasted long but for other reasons).. and the guy i'm currently "seeing" or whatever its called, no vehicle or license

lack of money tends to be an issue, yes. and the no license/car thing can get annoying unless there is good public transit.. which there is not here, at least to get to where I live
