I'd think it's a download at MSN's website if you don't have it already. It's actually "Windows Messenger". Yahoo also has it in their own messenger. Either way you need speakers and a microphone to do it.

Just go to msn.com and download the instant messenger. I actually prefer yahoo's messenger over msn. It is alot clearer to
