I can’t speak to your situation, but I will anyway.

I think this could have to do with, a) removing agency (something that’s, you know, popular with subs), and b) removing “culpability” (if you have a background, like many of us, that makes you feel not-so-great on some level about owning sexuality). You want it, but you can’t really want it until someone makes you want it, and then alleviates whatever mild guilt you feel about that.

Or maybe you just like becoming aroused and then punished.

I will say that, as a dominant with a wide sadistic streak, this scenario is appealing. Why? It’s not just that you’re punishing someone for having a normal reaction; you’re eliciting that reaction and then punishing them for something you caused! How beautiful is that? It’s like pushing glass after glass of water on someone and then saying, “If you pee, that means you’re a very naughty girl and I’m going to punish you.”

ok there is a complex dynamic going on here. Im commenting on the OP. What you are experiencing is quite predominant for inexperienced submissives... even some that are VERY experienced.

So often times what happens is that you enjoy being appreciated and maybe even objectified sexually. it makes you feel beautiful and sexy. Nothing wrong with that... But then somewhere in your psych makeup you feel subconscious about acting slutty. Perhaps your upbringing or social positioning.

So it feels good, but you feel like a bad girl for doing it.... This is what I call a duality of character. Two things aspects of your personality that seem contrary to one another... but work... in your case feed on one another to continue to increase your sexual desire. Because what happens next is that you feel you should be punished for being a bad girl...

When you think of being punished... you imagine being spanked or some other sexually charged means of punishment... which only makes you feel naughtier. Thus the cycle continues... with you just wetter and needier.
