Since my wife is a nurse we get ours from the hospital. They’re real nice. They screw on to the top of the lube bottle then squeeze and fills and pushes the plunger back. Well, you hit the nail on the head when you say you don't think she gets anything out of it herself.

Try to avoid turning this into some quid pro quo thing. You mentioned she seems to enjoy being rimmed? So rim her, but not just in the hope she'll reciprocate.
