Big Wolf on Campus.

Merton watched the action with a big smile on his face. Wally took out the Goalie, and Biana struggled to get the puck back for Blue. She took a shot... It went wide left.

Red had the puck back now and they tried to move it back toward Blue's goal. Merton and his other Defenseman, moved in on the puck carrier. With swift vengance, Merton again started hacking at the puck carrier's ankles. His other defenseman took his lead and began hacking at the shins.

The puck-carrier tried to pass, but it was intercepted by Biana, who carried it quickly up to the red side. She passed to Wally, who passed back, and she shot...

Merton cheered as the puck soared through the air and past the unconsious goalie. "GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!" Merton yelled in the tradition of FIFA Soccer. Everybody turned to look at him. He promptly turned bright crimson.

OOC: Just to keep things rollin' a bit ...
===============================

The coach blew the whistle 5 minutes into play. It was time to rotate shifts so others in the class could get their workout as well. Merton walked briskly to the stage portion of the gym, and hopped upon it with ease, looking around. His eye fell on a tall muscular kid, the one who'd put in their first goal.

"You must be new to these parts, my name is Merton ... You are?"

Wally

"The names Wally. Say west and I'll kill ya", I replied as I shook his hand. Looking back a the game again, I asked him, "you look like the type of person who could answer my question. Tell me, are the stories around here true. That a werewolf has been terrorizing this school for years?". My eyes showing no emotion when I asked it.

Merton looked at Wally shocked. How'd he know about that? It should come as no surprise that word travels fast in a small town such as Pleasantville.

"Uh ... that depends on who's asking," Merton said uneasily.

"You're looking at him --"

"Oh, well if it's you then," Merton didn't want to be pummeled about the head and neck, "then ... he hasn't been terrorizing so much as bumbling."

"Bumbling?"

"Well, let's just say that To-- err... the Werewolf has a habit of bringing bad luck with him, although it doesn't surprise me. He wears one of the luckiest numbers on the football team. Did I just say that out loud? Curses! Anyway, Pleasantville has been plagued with all sorts of demons and nasties since they found out we had our own werewolf. Go figure, huh?"

OOC:

Sorry I've been gone for so long... Should be back now.

IC:

Biana put away her equipment from the game, sighing in slight disappointment at how short they were able to play. Initially she wasn't all too exicted about starting, but once she got her blood pumping, the competitive concept got to her.

The girl looked back to the floor to see Merton talking to the new guy she had seen in the office. She thought about approaching them, but then thought it would be better to let them talk amoungst themselves.

Merton looked across the way at Biana. He smiled sheepishly. She was so gorgeous, and she really really liked him! That was a bonus in Merton's eyes.

"So this werewolf doesn't pose any threat to Pleasantville?"

Merton continued gazing over at Biana, shaking his head. He responded a bit distracted, "No he uses his powers -- umm -- for the forces of -- um -- "

"Are you okay?"

"She's gorgeous isn't she?"

"Who?"

"That girl over there ... The one with the black hair and green eyes? Her name is Biana."

"I met her briefly this morning in the office. What were you saying earlier? This werewolf uses his powers for the foces of --"

"Good. Not evil. I on the otherhand ... Umm ... Am a doer of good too, but I really wish I were evil. I talk with a Dark Spirit named Frank on occasion, if he's not being moody." Merton was still staring at Biana, and trying to flirt with his eyes. He couldn't wait until he was alone with her again.

The coach blew the whistle again, indicating it was time to change shifts.

Biana watched Merton's eyes as they traced over her body, the feeling of it exciting her. She wasn't used to being watched like that -- she had always been the type that seemed to slink into the shadows to avoid attention. She liked it this way.

Biana looked to the coach in sudden surprise as he blew his whistle, not expecting to be on the floor again so quickly. She wondered why the man didn't just let each class play half of the full time without break. She shrugged to herself, not caring to approach him about it or fight her way out of it.

Biana grabbed her equipment again and heading out onto the gym floor.

Wally... is back

It was time to change shifts. I grabbed a stick, and went into play. The teams were tied, and this was the final play. It was now, or never. I glanced at Biana, and as far as I could tell, Merton was staring straight at here. He was definitly bonkers over her. Perhaps one day, we could even have a three... I quickly shook my head of such silly notions and focused on the game at hand.

Merton took to the floor again as quickly as the coach blew the whistle. He wanted to beat some more ankles with that mean ol' stick of his. Not to mention the fact that he wanted to stare at Biana's shapely ass too. She was truly a sight for sore eyes, and he hoped she wouldn't be meeting Frank any time soon.

Merton took up his position as a defenseman again, and looked to his partner in crime, Jimmy. The two grinned at each other before giving brief high fives then turning things very serious.

*Bump!* <NT>

OOC: Just thought I'd bump this to try and keep the flame alive... Anybody opposed to jumping ahead a bit?

ooc: sorry Karmic. Its just not the same without Trist. And its even worse with only three people trying to keep it alive. Sorry this 'lack of posts' incident had to happen. By the way, I'm looking for people to join my Dusk Till Dawn thread, you interested?

OOC> Never seen the FDTD movies. Would like to someday. I'd be way outta my element.
