Hello Darlin', welcome to our 'lil thread, {in my best southern drawl}. I was actually close to your neck of the woods this past weekend....New Orleans anyhow, but grew up going to your beautiful beaches every summer.
TY for the suthern welcum gigi!!! Love the suthern drawl... Can't hardly see the beaches like I use to growing up due to all the casinos... But that is progress as they say... Didja consume any "mud bugs" while in the Big Easy??? Ya know if ya suck on the head you will get all the spice...

I know what you mean about the changes in the beaches. I have yet to go into the casino's in New Orleans. They were not there when I grew up there. Maybe next trip! This weekend was a way for me to catch up with old friends and see old hangouts...that are still there that is. It was a weekend I will never forget.

Did not make it through this last trip, but who knows in the future. My good friend lives not too far away from you and I do have definite plans to go through Mississippi
