Don’t worry it’s not just you. I can definitely relate to you on this, at least in my case for several different reasons, once things get to or past a certain point, I tend to panic and it kind of ruins the mood. Hopefully I can get past it one of these days

I believe it's a combination of mind, body, and soul. But not all required at the same time. You can know your bi as you enjoy the touch and feelings knowing you crave it, in your mind it might just be a curiosity that you act or don't act on, as for body it's the physical aspect of a touch, a kiss, a caress, or being intimate. You can be bi curious and never act on it or bi sexual and indulge in part or all of it.
